Usage policy of Al kofiya satellite channel

Introduction:

Welcome to Al kofiya satellite TV (the"channel"). This policy (the"usage policy") is intended to set out the terms and Conditions governing your access to and use of the streaming services and content provided via our satellite channels and any digital platforms affiliated with them (such as the website, mobile applications, or online streaming services) (collectively, the "services").

By using our services, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please stop using our services immediately.

1. Eligibility and commitment:

The user acknowledges that he has reached the legal age that qualifies him to agree to these terms within his jurisdiction. If the user is a minor, the use of the services must be carried out under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this policy.

The User undertakes to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the channel's services.

3. Intellectual property rights:

The channel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability or up-to-date of any content broadcast or made available via the services.

7. Limitation of liability:

The user agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gaza city, state of Palestine in all disputes arising out of or related to this usage policy or the services.

12. General provisions:

Full agreement: this usage policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and the channel regarding your use of the services, and supersedes any previous or current agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

Severability: if any provision of this policy is determined to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this provision will be separated from the rest of the provisions, and this will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Non-waiver: any failure by the channel to exercise or enforce any right or clause of this policy shall not be considered a waiver of such right or clause.
