As Gaza faces an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe, attributed to the relentless actions of the state of Israel, the Fateh Reformist Democratic Faction urges the international community to address the dire situation of over one million forcibly displaced Palestinians left vulnerable to the harshness of winter without adequate shelter. Among the 1.9 million civilians—representing 85% of Gaza’s population—displaced by Israel’s indiscriminate bombardment of residential areas, the escalating shelter crisis highlights the inhumanity of the ongoing siege. This Israeli policy of asphyxiation inflicts unbearable suffering and blatantly contravenes the fundamental principles of international law and universal human rights.

Dimitri Diliani, spokesperson for the Fateh Reformist Democratic Faction, referenced alarming reports indicating that only 23% of Gaza’s shelter needs have been met this autumn, leaving 945,000 Palestinians exposed to severe winter conditions. From September to late November, merely 123 trucks carrying shelter assistance were allowed into Gaza, averaging just ten trucks per week. “These figures reveal a deliberate obstruction of lifesaving aid by the state of Israel,” Diliani asserted, stressing that such actions violate Article 59(1) of the Fourth Geneva Convention.

“The systematic denial of essential shelter materials constitutes a crime against humanity and perpetuates genocide,” Diliani emphasized. “The numbers are clear: 2,000 trucks of tents or 200 trucks of sealing-off kits are urgently needed, yet only a fraction has been delivered. This represents a calculated Israeli policy aimed at dehumanization and collective punishment.”

Diliani elaborated, “The statistics of displacement illustrate a grim reality. Since early October, an additional 100,000 Palestinian civilians have been forcibly uprooted, with over 450,000 seeking refuge in flood-prone areas south of Wadi Gaza. Recent storms have destroyed makeshift shelters, leaving thousands exposed to the elements. Families have faced repeated displacements, forced to abandon essential supplies, clinging to the hope of humanitarian intervention.”

“With temperatures dropping to low single digits and displacement sites devastated by rain, the suffering in Gaza symbolizes the international community’s moral failure,” Diliani continued. “While prioritizing flour over shelter materials addresses one aspect of this crisis, it cannot justify neglecting a comprehensive response. The world must demand unimpeded access for humanitarian aid and hold the occupying power accountable for its obligations under international law.”

Diliani concluded with an urgent appeal: “Our people are not mere statistics; they represent resilience in the face of systemic Israeli genocide, ethnic cleansing, and apartheid. However, resilience does not equate to consent to endure suffering. We demand justice, accountability, an end to the genocide, and the immediate lifting of this inhumane blockade. The cost of inaction is the lives of hundreds of thousands of civilians. The world must rise to this challenge—Gaza cannot wait.”

The Fateh Reformist Democratic Faction reiterates its call for immediate and decisive action to alleviate Gaza’s shelter crisis, warning that further delays risk setting a dangerous precedent for the treatment of displaced populations worldwide.

Emerging reports indicate that movements by Israeli colonial settlers are encroaching upon territories in Syria and Lebanon, illuminating a dangerous trajectory with profound consequences for regional stability and sovereignty. These developments are viewed as manifestations of an expansionist agenda associated with the Israeli settler-colonial apparatus, meticulously designed to cement military occupation and territorial hegemony across neighboring lands. Cloaked in distorted biblical narratives and fabricated security justifications, illegal incursions are seen as calculated attempts to remap the political and geographic realities of the region, flagrant violations of international law and universally accepted norms.

Dimitri Diliani, spokesperson for Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction, issued an indictment of these Israeli actions, stating: “What is being witnessed is a systematic assault on international borders, imposed through illegal and unilateral military aggression. The Israeli colonial settler movement operates with total impunity, bolstered by state complicity and an absolute disdain for international law.”

The maneuvers of terrorist settler organizations, such as Nachala and Uri Tsafon, underscore the severity of this threat. Plans for colonial settlements in southern Lebanon and Syrian territories have been documented, aiming to obliterate the historical and national identities of indigenous populations and replace them with foreign Zionist settlers. This agenda has been condemned by Diliani, who declared: “This is a coordinated campaign of illegal territorial annexation, brazenly violating the sovereignty of neighboring states and undermining the region’s fragile stability.”

Historical context was elaborated upon by Diliani: “The genocidal and supremacist Zionist ideology of colonization is not new. Since the 1948 Nakba, efforts have been made by the state of Israel to fragment Palestinian and Arab lands, erasing indigenous identities through terror, genocide, and ethnic cleansing. Today, this terrorist supremacist vision has extended beyond Palestine, targeting Syria and Lebanon. The concept of so-called ‘Abraham’s Borders,’ which stretches Israeli borders to the Euphrates, reveals the continuity of a distorted and supremacist narrative aimed at regional domination under the guise of biblical myth.”

Alarming statistics were highlighted by Diliani: Over 700 Israeli settler families have been mobilized by Nachala to establish illegal settlements in Gaza, while Uri Tsafon, another organization founded in memory of war criminal Yisrael Socol, has amassed thousands of supporters for its illegal activities in Lebanon and Syria. These Israeli terrorist organizations expose the readiness of the colonial settler movement to act swiftly, with initial moves often preceding official state endorsement but eventually receiving full political and military backing from the Israeli government.

As these troubling developments continue, warnings of dire repercussions have been issued by Diliani: “The international community must confront the reality that this is not only a Palestinian struggle but a regional and global one. The unchecked proliferation of Israeli colonial settlements and the associated war crimes of dispossession are sowing the seeds for more catastrophic humanitarian and geopolitical crises.”

Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction reaffirms its unwavering commitment to struggle against these Zionist expansionist projects. The Palestinian people, alongside allies across the region and the globe, will persist in their struggle to defend justice, sovereignty, and self-determination, standing as a bulwark against the colonial ambitions of Israel’s settler-colonial regime.

The systematic targeting of journalists by the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) represents a calculated and heinous assault on the pillars of truth, accountability, and human dignity. Over the past 14 months, the state of Israel's ongoing genocidal onslaught in Gaza has deliberately extinguished the lives of 196 journalists, including 20 women—an indisputable campaign to silence those whose sacred duty is to expose atrocities and document war crimes. The recent murders of journalists Ahmed Bakr Al-Louh, Mohamed Ba’lousha, and Eman Al-Shanti—each targeted with lethal precision—epitomizes the state of Israel’s orchestrated efforts to obliterate any record of its war crimes against the Palestinian people.

Dimitri Diliani, spokesperson for the Fateh Reformist Democratic Faction, decried these attacks as both a flagrant breach of international law and a chilling testament to Israel’s genocidal ambitions:
"The state of Israel’s calculated targeting of journalists is a systematic act of silencing—an endeavor to obliterate accountability, erase evidence of its genocidal policies in Gaza, and deny our people the right to their narrative. This is a continuation of the erasure campaign that began with the Nakba of 1948."

Diliani emphasized that the precision targeting of journalists reveals an unambiguous pattern of deliberate intent. “The Israeli war machine has shown absolute disregard for press insignia and international conventions. Journalist Ahmed Bakr Al-Louh, visibly clad in his PRESS vest, was ruthlessly killed on December 15, 2024, while documenting rescue operations at Al-Nuseirat refugee camp. Days earlier, Mohamed Ba’lousha and broadcaster Eman Al-Shanti, along with her children, fell victim to Israeli airstrikes that targeted their homes. Ninety-seven percent of journalists killed in Gaza have perished under Israeli warplanes, drone strikes, or sniper fire. This is deliberate targeting.”

He further underscored the legal ramifications of these crimes, asserting: “The state of Israel’s crimes against journalists are a blatant violation of Article 79 of Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions, which guarantees civilian protection to journalists in conflict zones. Moreover, as a signatory to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), the state of Israel has systematically breached its obligations under Article 6, which prohibits arbitrary deprivation of life. Each journalist’s death at the hands of Israeli forces is an unequivocal war crime under Article 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.”

The spokesperson highlighted that Israel’s ongoing denial of entry to international media into Gaza amplifies its strategy of suppression and concealment: “This is a war against documentation—a war against truth itself. By deliberately targeting journalists and denying access to international press, the state of Israel seeks to erase our suffering from the global consciousness and entrench its genocidal policies. This is an extension of the Nakba, a strategy aimed at silencing our history and eradicating our existence.”

The ramifications of these targeted killings transcend Gaza’s borders. Diliani described the attack on journalists as “a direct assault on global press freedom, enshrined in Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the ICCPR. By eliminating those who bear witness, the state of Israel not only desecrates Palestinian voices but undermines humanity’s collective right to truth and free expression.”

In his concluding remarks, Diliani issued a resounding call for accountability: “The state of Israel’s war on journalism is a calculated strategy to rewrite history, erasing our people’s truth and narrative. Justice demands unwavering documentation and accountability. Without truth, there can be no justice; and without justice, the suffering of the Palestinian people will continue unchecked. The international community must act decisively to hold the state of Israel accountable for these war crimes, for silence in the face of such crimes is complicity.”

The systematic silencing of voices that denounce Israel’s actions in Gaza is being recognized as a profound assault on the principles of free expression and intellectual integrity, eroding the foundations of institutions that claim to uphold democratic values. Over the past year, prominent universities, including Columbia and New York University, have been criticized for conflating legitimate critiques of Israel’s actions and the ideology of Zionism with anti-Semitism—an alarming distortion that is seen as criminalizing dissent and delegitimizing calls for justice.

The response to peaceful protests against Israel’s ongoing actions and illegal occupation of Palestine has been characterized by draconian measures: arrests, expulsions, and institutional threats have been employed to suppress any semblance of opposition.

“It is far more than a series of administrative measures by selected universities,” stated Dimitri Diliani, spokesperson for Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction. “An orchestrated and well-resourced campaign has been aimed at dismantling and silencing the Palestinian narrative in academia—precisely the realm where truth, justice, and freedom of speech should prevail. By suppressing dissent, these institutions are not merely failing in their moral and intellectual mandates; they are willfully aligning themselves with complicity, sacrificing integrity and courage for political expediency.”

Historically, American universities have not been strangers to the crushing of grassroots protest. During the Vietnam War era, peaceful sit-ins and anti-war demonstrations were met with police violence. The tragic killings at Kent State and Jackson State Universities in May 1970 underscored the lengths to which authorities were willing to go to stifle dissent. More than half a century later, authoritarian tactics are again being deployed to target students and faculty advocating for Palestinian national rights.

The parallels are stark. The American university, once a symbol of resistance during the Civil Rights Movement, is now seen as mirroring the corporate-driven ethos of the American administration. “When campuses become extensions of a state apparatus that prioritizes order over justice, their purpose is betrayed,” Diliani asserted. “They are no longer spaces of enlightenment but tools of repression designed to uphold power structures that perpetuate genocide, ethnic cleansing, and apartheid.”

The intensification of institutional repression is occurring at a time when an unprecedented surge of student activism has revealed the deep entanglement of governments and corporations in Israel’s violations of international law. Recent statistics highlight the alarming scale of this suppression: more than 30 universities across the United States have taken punitive measures—ranging from suspensions to expulsions—against students advocating against Israel’s actions and in solidarity with Palestine, while faculty members who voiced support for Palestinian human rights faced legal reprisals. This troubling trend reflects a coordinated effort to stifle dissent and insulate complicity from accountability.

“Free speech is only meaningful when it applies universally,” Diliani concluded. “To suppress the call for justice in Palestine is to suppress the essence of freedom itself. The battle for Palestinian rights is not confined to Gaza or the West Bank; it is waged in classrooms and campuses around the world. And it is in these spaces that resistance to attempts to silence truth must continue.”

The repression witnessed today should alarm all who value freedom and human rights. When spaces meant to challenge oppression become complicit, the consequences reverberate far beyond their walls, perpetuating systems of injustice globally.

The catastrophic human toll exacted upon the Palestinian people in Gaza is laid bare by the unrelenting military aggression of Israel. Lives are being systematically eradicated, homes destroyed, and human dignity assaulted, reflecting a deliberate strategy aimed at the annihilation of the Palestinian population. Indisputable evidence of a premeditated agenda is provided by the unfolding tragedy in Gaza, exposing the moral and legal depravity underlying these heinous war crimes.

The harrowing reality in Gaza is underscored by Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction through its spokesperson, Dimitri Diliani. It is asserted that “the ongoing genocide in the Gaza Strip is a glaring assault on the essence of humanity. The deliberate dismantling of the Palestinian social and cultural fabric is viewed as a calculated embodiment of the Israeli government’s insidious determination to perpetuate genocide in pursuit of its Zionist-rooted political goals.”

A grim picture of devastation is painted by daily accounts emerging from Gaza. It is reported that nearly 90% of Gaza's population now lives in abject poverty, with countless families being forced into displacement multiple times within a single year. Eyewitnesses recount drone strikes on shelters, targeted assassinations, and systematic deprivation of food, water, and medical supplies—brazen violations of international humanitarian law that amount to a genocidal collective punishment of an entire people.

“The targeting of civilians in Gaza,” it is explained by Diliani, “transcends the battlefield; it is a psychological war aimed at breaking the indomitable spirit of the Palestinian people. Yet, despite this relentless brutality, the resilience of our people stands as a testament to their unwavering commitment to their land, their heritage, and their inalienable right to exist.”

As the siege tightens and Gaza’s humanitarian catastrophe escalates, a call to the international community is issued by Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction. “The era of silence is over,” it is declared by Diliani. “Without decisive and immediate action, complicity in the complete annihilation of Gaza will be assumed by the world. A demand for an immediate end to this ongoing massacre is urged upon nations, institutions, and individuals of conscience. History will judge those who chose indifference over humanity.”

Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction stresses the immediate need to address the alarming rise of Israeli societal values that are unmistakably and deeply embedded in the genocidal and supremacist Zionist ideology. These values perpetuate the systematic oppression and suffering of the Palestinian people and also starkly contravene the fundamental tenets of justice and human dignity.

Dimitri Diliani, the spokesperson for Fateh's Reformist Democratic Faction, asserts, "The systemic entrenchment of dehumanizing Zionist ideology in Israeli society, including its educational and military institutions, embodies a moral descent unparalleled in modern history. These values perpetuate a cycle of genocide and collective suffering, erasing the very fabric of humanity that should bind all nations." The speeches of Israeli social and political activists, trending on Israeli social media, celebrating Israeli genocide in Gaza and crimes of terrorism in the West Bank, reveal a deeply troubling ethos that glorifies genocide, ethnic cleansing, and apartheid, elevating these atrocities to a national virtue.

Diliani added that eulogies for Avraham Ben Pinchas, an Israeli soldier, stand as glaring examples of these values. In one account, an Israeli friend proudly described Pinchas's calculated killings in Gaza, from indiscriminate shelling to running over children with tank treads. Such gruesome crimes, narrated with pride and devoid of remorse, encapsulate the normalization of genocide in Israeli society. Even the act of "counting kills," which Ben Pinchas reportedly abandoned due to the sheer magnitude, underscores a horrifying moral degradation.

Diliani notes, "This is not an aberration but a reflection of a broader ideological framework deeply embedded in Israeli society. Israeli society thrives on the erasure of Palestinian existence, viewing war crimes not as exceptions but as obligations dictated by an exclusionary, supremacist worldview."

Diliani stressed that while a shrinking minority of Israeli leftist lawmakers have expressed unease over the glorification of genocide, their critiques are overwhelmingly silenced by a dominant societal paradigm that dehumanizes Palestinians and exalts aggression as a national virtue. This deeply entrenched ethos stands in stark contradiction to the foundational ideals of democracy, equality, and human rights championed by Western societies. Yet, paradoxically, the very Western governments continue to provide unwavering political and financial support to the state of Israel, effectively endorsing a value system that undermines the universality of the principles they claim to uphold.

Diliani exposes this hypocrisy, stating, "The dissonance between Western values and their unyielding support for Israel is both alarming and unsustainable. By funding and arming a regime that celebrates genocide, they compromise their moral authority and erode the universality of human rights."

Diliani draws attention that the consequences of this divergence are not confined to Palestinians. The institutionalization of these values poses an existential threat to global norms of justice and accountability. "Israel’s war crimes are a blueprint for the normalization of genocide, ethnic cleansing, and apartheid, a contagion that could undermine the global commitment to human dignity," warns Diliani.

Diliani confirmed that Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction calls upon the international community to confront the stark reality: sustained complicity in Israel’s actions jeopardizes not only Palestinian lives but the very foundations of global ethics. The world must choose between upholding universal values or perpetuating a system of oppression that thrives on erasure and brutality.

North Gaza's Forgotten Famine

Written by: Jumana Waffeeq Al-Rayes

Photos taken by: Jehad Abu-Shanab

Despite the devastating wars that ravaged the world in the early centuries and through the 20th century, none of the former colonies experienced widespread famine. However, the 21st century has brought about an unimaginable situation.

In the third millennium, an era defined by advancement, modernity, and artificial intelligence, a tragic reality has unfolded in the northern region of the Gaza Strip. More than 750,000 Palestinians are now facing a genuine humanitarian crisis, grappling with genuine famine.

This catastrophe is directly attributed to the Israeli military operations and the ensuing blockade that has cut off access to essential food supplies in the local markets. The closure of border crossings has left the people of northern Gaza deprived of the most basic sustenance.

Despite the global progress witnessed in recent decades, this distressing scenario in the heart of the Middle East serves as a sobering reminder that even in the 21st century, conflict can still give rise to such devastating consequences, pushing entire communities to the brink of starvation. The world's attention must urgently turn to addressing this unfolding humanitarian crisis in northern Gaza.

●Food Insecurity and Agricultural Devastation

"The situation is dire, we are running out of food and clean water," said Fatima Ahmed, a mother of four living in the northern Gaza town of Beit Hanoun. "My children are getting weaker by the day, and I fear we may not survive much longer."

The relentless Israeli bombardment has wreaked havoc on Gaza's fragile agricultural sector. Airstrikes have destroyed farmland, irrigation systems, and storage facilities across the northern governorates. At the same time, naval blockades have severely limited access to fishing waters - a critical source of sustenance for many Gazans.
UN officials estimate that over 40% of the enclave's arable land lies abandoned or inaccessible due to the ongoing hostilities.

With imports of food and other essential supplies severely restricted, prices of basic commodities have soared beyond the reach of many impoverished Gazan families. Local food production has plummeted, and humanitarian aid agencies report that an estimated 70% of the population in northern Gaza now require emergency food assistance to meet their basic nutritional needs.

●A comprehensive crime of starvation

"We used to be able to grow enough food to feed our families, but now our fields are either destroyed or we can't access them," lamented Ahmed Khalil, a farmer from the Jabaliya refugee camp. "Without urgent aid, I fear many of us will not survive the coming months."

Trapped and Vulnerable Populations
The residents of northern Gaza, particularly in areas bordering Israel, face the gravest risks. Tens of thousands remain trapped in their homes, unable to flee the violence or access essential services. The United Nations has warned that entire neighborhoods could be at risk of starvation if the situation does not improve rapidly.

"We are essentially trapped inside our own homes, with nowhere to go and dwindling supplies," said Hana Saleh, a resident of the Beit Lahia district. "My children cry from hunger, and I feel powerless to help them. The world must act now to prevent a catastrophe."

● The northern Gaza Strip is living a nightmare

Calls for Immediate Intervention
Humanitarian organizations and Palestinian officials have urgently called for immediate international intervention to address the worsening food crisis in Gaza. They have appealed for the lifting of the Israeli blockade, the provision of emergency food and medical aid, and the protection of civilian infrastructure to avert a full-blown famine.

"The people of Gaza are facing a nightmare scenario, with the specter of mass starvation looming large," said Mahmoud Rizqallah, the director of the Gaza-based Al-Mezan Center for Human Rights. "We implore the international community to take swift action to save lives and prevent a humanitarian disaster of historic proportions."

● "Gaza on the Brink"

The escalating violence in the Gaza Strip has pushed the enclave's beleaguered population to the brink of catastrophe. Unless decisive action is taken to restore humanitarian access and facilitate the resumption of agricultural production, the specter of mass starvation looms large over the northern regions of the Gaza Strip. The international community must act swiftly to prevent a humanitarian disaster of historic proportions.

Al-Aqsa Shuhda'a Hospital Administration Warns of Impending Catastrophe Unless Fuel Is Delivered Within Hours

Gaza City, May 25, 2024 - The administration of Al-Aqsa Shuhda'a Hospital issued a stark warning on Thursday evening of an impending health disaster if fuel supplies are not delivered to the facility within the coming hours.

The hospital stated in a press release that this fuel shortage "comes within the context of pressuring the medical staff and the already dilapidated health sector to completely stop the operation of hospitals across the Gaza Strip."

Just yesterday, hospitals in northern Gaza were forced to completely cease operations due to Israeli incursions and blockades, while the main hospital in Rafah has also halted services. The remaining hospitals in Gaza are groaning under the crisis of dwindling fuel and the collapse of the healthcare system, nearly 8 months after the latest devastating war.

The Al-Aqsa Shuhda'a Hospital expressed its "utmost astonishment and indignation at the procrastination policy" it has faced, noting that "for long hours we have been in contact with the relevant authorities and with the World Health Organization, the entity tasked with delivering fuel to the hospital, but there has been no response to our request for immediate and urgent fuel delivery."

The hospital stated: "We declare to all international and United Nations organizations, and to world public opinion, that Al-Aqsa Shuhda'a Hospital has a fuel storage capacity of 50,000 liters, but the quantities being delivered do not exceed one-fifth at best."

The hospital noted that it requires more than 4,000 liters of fuel daily in order to provide adequate health services and medical care.

Nothing is desired by the Palestinian families displaced due to the intense and destructive Israeli bombardment of neighborhoods and camps but safety for themselves and their children. Hundreds of thousands of families have sought refuge in UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency) schools due to the Israeli war on Gaza, but this seems unattainable in the face of the barbaric and destructive air strikes and artillery shelling by Israeli aircraft. There is no safe place left in the Gaza Strip; these conditions can be described as nothing less than "catastrophic" due to the lack of the necessities of life.

Inside the overcrowded schools filled with displaced families, fear and anxiety hold them, hostage, as they worry about their unknown fate, accompanied by the sounds of bombings and destruction filling the air around them.

Hundreds of thousands of Palestinian families residing in border areas or those whose homes were demolished by Israeli warplanes have sought refuge in UNRWA schools, which have become shelters due to the ongoing Israeli war in Gaza, now lasting for six days.

Speaking to PalYouth Radio, the displaced individuals say, "Life has become extremely difficult and catastrophic in Gaza, where Gazans lack the most necessities of life, with no water, no electricity, and no fuel. Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant ordered a complete blockade on Gaza, stating that this new blockade would be total - 'no electricity, no water, no fuel.'"

Infrastructure Minister Yisrael Katz confirmed on Thursday, "No electricity lines will be operated, no water taps will be opened, and no fuel trucks will enter Gaza."

Gazans hope that Arab nations, international institutions, and the international community will intervene to put an end to the war on Gaza and the Israeli aggression that targets civilians and innocent children, given the catastrophic situation they are experiencing in those schools.

The ongoing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip has resulted in 1,350 martyrs and more than 5,763 injuries so far.

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant ordered a complete blockade on the Gaza Strip on Monday, which has been under siege for 17 years. Gallant said the new blockade would be total, with "no electricity, no water, no fuel."

Israeli Infrastructure Minister Israel Katz also announced on Monday an immediate cut of all water supplies to Gaza. He posted on social media, declaring that what was in the past would no longer continue in the future and that all water supply pipes to Gaza had been severed. He further explained that electricity and fuel supplies to Gaza had also been cut off.

The United Nations responded to the Israeli decision, affirming that a complete blockade is "prohibited" under international humanitarian law. Collective punishment of civilian populations amounts to a war crime under international law. Human Rights Watch described the statements by Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant regarding Palestinians as reprehensible and called it an incitement to commit a war crime.

As a result, the sole power generation station ceased operation on Wednesday due to the depletion of the necessary fuel, following continuous Israeli aggression on Gaza for the fifth consecutive day and the closure of crossings.

Imad Al-Baz, the head of the Palestinian Energy Authority in Gaza, stated in a press release that the power generation station stopped working at 2:00 local time due to fuel depletion. This led to a complete power outage in all areas of Gaza.

The shutdown of the power generation station threatens to plunge the region into darkness and makes it impossible to provide essential services to the citizens.

Israel has been cutting off electricity supplies to the region as part of its collective punitive measures since the beginning of the recent aggression last Saturday.

The Gaza Ministry of Health spokesperson, Ashraf Al-Qudra, announced the initiation of measures to regulate healthcare services and support in Gaza in response to the ongoing Israeli aggression, power cuts, and the unavailability of hospital fuel. He stated that the decision includes directing limited electric generator capacity to maintain essential and life-saving emergency services for the wounded and patients as much as possible. The Ministry is committed to providing essential healthcare services to patients in all hospitals and health centers in the region despite the difficult circumstances.

The people of Gaza are enduring a devastating assault, with the Israeli military machine using hundreds of tons of explosives from the air, land, and sea, targeting homes, residential buildings, and public and private property without prior warning. This includes internationally banned white phosphorus shells.

Dr. Khaled Abu Qouta confirms that the house, in which more than 20 people live, is located in the middle of a densely populated area, and belongs to one of his cousins, Salim Abu Qouta, indicating that it was leveled to the ground without warning by any means whatsoever, with the intention of the Israeli occupation forces to target the house.mentioned.

Recalling that Israeli F-16 warplanes dropped at least one heavy bomb towards the four-storey house without warning, "As a result, all those in the house were martyrs, 18 individuals, including two women and four children, with the exception of the elder mother." Abdul Kader's mother, who was moderately wounded, her eldest son, his wife and one of his sons, apart from dozens of neighbours sustained various injuries and their homes were severely damaged.

In his view, the Israeli occupation deliberately targeted civilians' homes without warning in his new old policy of systematization and practice, stressing that the massacre was the greatest perpetrator of his family.

He described what had been done as a "war crime", requiring the urgent accountability of the Israeli occupation and its prosecutions in international forums.

The israeli occupation, along with a statistical basis for the government's information office, a 13 tower, a 2 buildings with a total of 159 units that were totally demolished, has so far displaced more than 20 thousand Palestinians.

Owners of shops, businesses, and offices in the Watan Tower are experiencing a tragic and devastating situation. Following the destructive Israeli airstrikes, their shops and establishments have been completely destroyed. The surrounding streets bear witness to scenes of destruction and debris.

The real problem lies in the immense losses they have incurred. They have not only lost the contents of their shops and offices but also their livelihoods and sources of income. This means they are forced to deal with the economic and social repercussions of this catastrophe.

The challenges of reconstruction and rehabilitation in this devastated area are evident. It requires significant efforts to rebuild the infrastructure and secure the necessary funding to revive the affected businesses. With increasing unemployment and deteriorating living conditions, local governments and international entities must provide support and assistance to the affected business owners to overcome this crisis.

Rebuilding the destroyed Watan Tower will be a difficult and sustainable task but a necessary one to restore economic life and bring hope back to the owners of shops and establishments in this devastated area.

In the wake of the Israeli airstrikes that have continued to relentlessly pound the Gaza Strip for the past seven hours, Fateh's Reformist Democratic Faction stands resolute in condemnation of these indiscriminate attacks. The toll is devastating: 161 innocent lives were lost, including children, and 931 individuals were injured.

Dimitri Diliani, the spokesperson for Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction, emphasizes the urgency of this situation, stating: "These devastating airstrikes have resulted in a staggering loss of life.

Diliani said, We cannot remain silent in the face of such unbridled aggression against innocent civilians living under Israeli military siege for many years."

The statistics paint a harrowing picture of the ongoing Israeli airstrikes on Palestinian civilians:

- Gaza District: 35 lives tragically cut short, with 160 individuals enduring grievous injuries.
- Khan Yunis: 45 souls lost to this senseless violence, while 180 others bear the scars of conflict.
- The Northern Gaza District: 40 innocent lives were extinguished, with 200 individuals suffering the physical and emotional toll of these attacks.
- Central Gaza District: 29 lives cruelly taken, leaving 311 wounded and traumatized individuals in their wake.
- Rafah District: 12 innocent souls lost, with 80 more left to grapple with the aftermath of these ruthless airstrikes.

Diliani stressed, "The blood of innocent Palestinians cries out for justice, and it is the moral responsibility of the international community to put an end to this cycle of violence."

Diliani added, However, to fully comprehend the gravity of this situation, it is imperative to recognize the historical context. As Diliani explained: "We find it necessary to provide a historical context and meticulously dissect the persistent Israeli violations of our human and national rights that have brought us to the dire situation we face today."

Diliani noted that the Palestinian people have endured a long history marked by consistent and grave Israeli human and national rights violations. The current crisis is the latest chapter in this enduring struggle imposed on the Palestinian people by the Israeli military occupation. The expansion of Israeli colonial settlements, desecration of sacred sites, support of extremist groups, extrajudicial executions, the siege on Gaza, and the unjust detention of Palestinian politicians are part of a larger pattern that demands immediate international attention.

Diliani confirmed that Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction firmly asserts that "the road to stability is one that upholds international law, respects human rights and safeguards the dignity of all peoples." We urgently implore the international community to stand with us in advocating for justice, adherence to international law, and the protection of human rights in this deeply entrenched and enduring Israeli-imposed conflict on the Palestinian people.

Dahlan added in a statement that what is happening is the result of the tightening grip of foolish extremism and bloody violence over the entirety of Israeli politics, surrendered to the Ben Gvir-Smoterich gang, and the daily major crimes committed in Jerusalem and the settlements, all under the watchful but silent world.

Dahlan pointed out, that Gaza is now in critical hours, and the world must unite to deter the Israeli occupation from committing major crimes that it plans at this moment.

Dahlan concluded, may God protect Gaza and its heroic people.

Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction firmly denounces the abhorrent actions of Jewish hate criminals. Among these hate crimes, one occurred just yesterday, during which an individual with hateful intentions, of extremist Jewish identity, vandalized irreplaceable Roman statues of significant historical and cultural worth. It is worth noting that these statues had been initially stolen by Israeli authorities from Palestinian land and were showcased at the "Israel Museum."

Dimitri Diliani, Spokesperson for Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction, has pointed out the striking resemblance of these hate crimes committed by Jewish extremists to ISIS's campaign against cultural heritage in Syria and Iraq. The hate-motivated justification of the latest vandal, who claimed the statues were "in violation of the Torah," only serves to deepen the parallel between the actions of these extremists and those of internationally recognized terrorist organizations.

Diliani said this egregious attack is part of a distressing sequence of hate crimes perpetrated by Jewish extremists against whoever is different from them or doesn’t share their set of beliefs, echoing the modus operandi of ISIS itself. These crimes extend to attacks on churches, assaults on Christian pilgrims, and harassment of indigenous Jerusalemites. Furthermore, the constant provocation of Muslims at Al-Aqsa mosque mirrors the tactics of hate-driven terrorist groups.

Diliani drew attention that these escalating hate crimes are not isolated incidents but are sponsored and perpetuated by the Israeli government. This government, like its predecessors, fosters an environment conducive to hate crimes through institutional bigotry ingrained within its legal and political regime. Regrettably, this bigotry finds resonance within the majority of Israeli society, as evidenced by the results of the recent elections that elevated convicted Jewish terrorists to cabinet positions.

Diliani added, in stark contrast, we must emphasize that this Jewish hate criminal, who destroyed the Roman statues, will be presented to the court. This stands in stark contrast to the impunity granted to Jewish extremist perpetrators of the recent attack on Christian pilgrims, who were released without bail, charge, or a court date following a highly publicized media stunt arrest.

Diliani explained the deeply ingrained racism within Israeli society is palpable in these incidents, presenting an ever-growing danger to the indigenous Palestinian population living under Israeli military occupation. Israel's track record of war crimes, violations of international law, and tacit support for Jewish terrorism against Palestinian civilians is undeniable.

Diliani added that It is time for the international community to reevaluate its relations with the state of Israel, which has repeatedly demonstrated itself as a hub of extremism, fanaticism, and Jewish terror.

Diliani confirmed that Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction calls upon nations around the world to examine their alliances and reconsider support for a state that defines itself as an exclusively religious-oriented state and proved over the decades since its establishment that it poses a clear threat to peace and stability in the region and condemn these acts of hatred, we implore the world to stand on the right side of history and join us in seeking justice, peace, and realization of our people’s natural right to self-determination.

The Prisoners' and Ex-Prisoners' Affairs Authority reported today, Thursday, that detainee Kayed Al-Fasfous continues his hunger strike for the 64th day in a row, in protest against his administrative detention, and his health condition has noticeably deteriorated and his life has become increasingly dangerous.

The Commission explained in a statement issued that, according to the lawyer’s visit to the Fasfous detainee in the Ramla prison clinic, he suffers from constant suffocation, shortness of breath, and severe pain in the joints and back. He also suffers from intermittent sleep and the inability to perform basic human tasks such as bathing and others. He has lost a lot of weight since the beginning of the strike and refuses to undergo medical examinations and take health supplements.

It is noteworthy that the Israeli occupation prison administration isolated the detainee Fasfous since the beginning of his open hunger strike, under conditions and abusive procedures in the isolation of the Negev and Ashkelon prisons. It did not transfer him to a civil hospital to receive appropriate health care despite his request and the deterioration of his health condition. Rather, it transferred him to the Ramla prison clinic, which lacked adequate facilities. The lowest standards of health care for several days.

On their International Day... the Palestinian teacher tops the Arab and international podiums

They rise to international podiums, wearing the flag of their country, which “Israel” is trying to erase and erase the name of all of Palestine from the map of the world, but they defy the reality imposed on them under Israeli occupation and the lack of capabilities, and they topped the first and advanced positions in global and regional competitions, thus raising the name of the Palestinian teacher high in the world in all fields.
Over the past eight years, the names of 7 male and female teachers shined in the British “Farkey Foundation” competition specializing in educational development. They are :

teacher Hanan Al-Hroub, who won the title of the best teacher in the world in 2016, teachers Jawdat Saisan, Fidaa Zaatar, Abeer Al-Qunaibi, Rana Ziadeh, and Nisreen Qatina. And recently this year, Iyad Al-Souqi, they were able to write their names among the 50 best teachers in the world.

The successes of Palestinian teachers were not limited to this competition, but rather they shined so that Palestine achieved advanced positions in other global and regional competitions, such as the Khalifa Award for Creative Teacher in Dubai, which was obtained last year by teacher Rana Ziadeh from Gaza, and this year by Abeer Al-Qunaibi from Hebron.

In turn, the head of the Basic Education Department in the Palestinian Ministry of Education, Hazem Abu Jazar, says that Palestinian teachers have reached very advanced positions in international forums and competitions, and have raised the name of Palestine high.

On Thursday evening, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) strongly condemned the continued storming by Israeli settlers into the revered Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, backed by Israeli occupation forces.

In a statement, the UAE's Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the country's steadfast position on the necessity of providing full protection for the Al-Aqsa Mosque and putting an end to serious and provocative violations therein.

The ministry underscored the importance of respecting the role of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in safeguarding holy sites and endowments in accordance with international law and the historical status quo, as well as refraining from encroaching on the authority of the management of Jerusalem's endowments and affairs of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The UAE called on Israel to halt the escalation and refrain from taking steps that would exacerbate tension and instability in the region.

It emphasized the UAE's rejection of all practices that violate international legitimacy and threaten further escalation.

Since September 25th, Israeli settlers have repeatedly entered the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound during Yom Kippur and other occasions, including September 30th, October 5th, and the upcoming visits planned for October 7th, in conjunction with Simhat Torah, and October 8th for Hosha'ana Rabbah, as well as November 13th for Eid al-Sujood and the Lights and December 8th and 12th.

Today, the spokesman for the Democratic Reform Faction in Fatah, Dimitri Diliani, revealed in a statement an alarming representation exposing theatrical performances designed for symbolic arrests.

Dimitri said Fatah’s Reformist Democratic Faction stands unwavering in its pursuit of truth amid the orchestrated maelstrom of Israeli propaganda, duplicity, and calculated apathy. Israeli authorities purportedly apprehended Jewish Supremacists involved in one of the numerous documented hate crimes against Christian pilgrims and indigenous people in the heart of occupied East Jerusalem, all while under the ostensible protection of Israeli Security forces.

Beneath the façade of this touted arrest, our legal team has exposed a disconcerting charade that lays bare the choreographed theatrics of a sham arrest. The perpetrators, Jewish supremacist young thugs, whose repugnant actions have rightfully appalled the global conscience, were brazenly paraded before the cameras only to be expediently ushered through the revolving doors of a police station. This exhibition of impunity and travesty of justice serves as a stark testament to an entrenched Israeli policy that condones and actively encourages hate crimes against Christians and Muslims, particularly in occupied East Jerusalem.

Diliani observed: "The Israeli Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben Gvir, a figure with a dubious past entailing Israeli courts’ convictions related to Jewish terrorism, has audaciously declared his intention to avert his gaze from such heinous acts committed against Christians. This official endorsement of bigotry and intolerance is nothing short of a reprehensible affront to the core principles of justice and religious freedom."

Diliani explained that Compounding this affront is the calculated manipulation of language by Israeli police and media, which has disdainfully chosen to label the victims of this hate crime as mere "tourists," thus negating their rightful identity as Christian pilgrims. This sinister terminological subversion underscores a broader pattern of non-recognition, disrespecting the sanctity of Christianity and its heritage in occupied East Jerusalem, including the revered holy sites like the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. It is a bold act of cultural erasure, a deliberate attempt to extinguish the historical and spiritual significance of Jerusalem to the Christian world.

Diliani added: "Israeli media, in lockstep with the government's agenda, has sought to downplay the gravity of this incident, if not outright ignore the swift, inexplicable release of these Jewish supremacists without charges. This glaring omission serves as a stark testament to the complicity of the Israeli establishment in perpetuating an atmosphere of hostility and discrimination against the indigenous Christian communities and the pilgrims they welcome."

Diliani confirmed that Fateh's Reformist Democratic Faction reaffirms its unwavering dedication to championing the rights and dignity of all individuals, regardless of their faith. We stand steadfast in our call for accountability, justice, and the cessation of the Israeli government's patronage of a culture steeped in hatred and bigotry against anything and anyone that’s not Jewish. We earnestly implore the international community to join us in exposing this grave injustice and ensuring the protection of the rights of Christian pilgrims and all Palestinians who call Occupied East Jerusalem home.

Tonight, the repressive forces of the Israeli Occupation Prisons Administration, led by the extremist Itamar Ben Gvir, stormed sections 1 and 3 of Gilboa Prison and began firing sound bombs and conducting searches of a group of rooms, while the prison administration closed the sections, as a state of tension prevailed in the prison.

Local sources explained that the prisoners in the Israeli occupation prisons are today going on a one-day hunger strike, in support of the prisoner Kayed Al-Fasfous, who is on a hunger strike for the 63rd day in a row, at a time when the extremist Ben Gvir stormed sections of Gilboa prison.

According to the Prisoner’s Club statement, the administrative prisoners in the Israeli occupation prisons took this step, in light of the intransigence of the occupation courts and its intelligence services in responding to the demands of Al-Fasfous, to stop his administrative detention.

The prisoner movement warned the Israeli occupation and its intelligence against harming the life of prisoner Kayed Al-Fasfous, holding him fully responsible for his safety, noting that the strike step would be the first step to support and support him, which would not stop unless the demands of the prisoner Al-Fafsous are met.

This Wednesday afternoon, extremist settlers renewed attacks and spitting operations against Christians in the occupied city of Jerusalem, specifically in the area of the Christ Imprisonment Church.

Majid Al-Rishq, the guard of the Church of the Imprisonment of Christ, said that the phenomenon of targeting Christians has increased recently by spitting on the faithful monks and tourists walking the Way of the Cross.

Activists in the United States of America have called on churches to sever their relationship with the Israeli occupation state, following the provocative practices carried out by dozens of settlers against “Christian pilgrims” carrying the cross in the occupied city of Jerusalem, through a video clip that has been viewed millions of times around the world.

Spitting operations are repeated by Jewish settlers on Christians and church members during their religious celebrations, as happened yesterday as they carried the cross from a church in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem. It is not the first incident of this kind, as this has become a systematic behavior followed by settlers as part of their attacks on Christians. And all Palestinians in Jerusalem and other places

"Hundreds of Israeli settlers stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque today, Wednesday, from the Moroccan Gate, under the strict supervision of the Israeli occupation police.

The Israeli occupation police have intensified their military measures in the Old City, ahead of an Israeli settler march organized by the Israeli occupation municipality on the fifth day of the so-called 'Jewish Sukkot holiday,' which officially begins at 3:00 PM and is expected to be attended by tens of thousands.

Israeli occupation forces were deployed in the areas of the Asbat Gate and Hatta Gate in occupied Jerusalem, and dozens of Israeli settlers performed Talmudic rituals at the Qattanin Gate, one of the gates of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, coinciding with the presence of dozens of them in the area.

Large groups of Israeli settlers also roamed the narrow streets of the Old City of occupied Jerusalem and performed Talmudic rituals at the entrances to Al-Aqsa, specifically at the Chain and Qattanin Gates.

In conjunction with the 'Jewish Sukkot holiday,' the Israeli occupation authorities imposed restrictions on the entry of Palestinians coming from Jerusalem and the 1948 territories, scrutinizing their identities and detaining some at the external gates.

The days of the ''Jewish Sukkot holiday' continue until the seventh of October this year, and the 'Temple Organizations' have intensified their calls during this period to increase the number of Israeli settlers invading the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The ''Jewish Sukkot holiday' is the third occasion within the Jewish holiday season this year, following the Jewish New Year and the 'Day of Atonement.'

The Israeli occupation exploits Jewish holidays to exacerbate the suffering of our people, coinciding with significant violations committed by the Israeli occupation forces, including the siege, tightening military measures at checkpoints, and obstructing the access of Palestinian citizens to holy places. Right-wing Jewish groups have called for intensified incursions into the mosque during these holidays."

The most prominent of what came in the statement of Dimitri Diliani, a member of the Revolutionary Council and spokesman for the reformist and democratic movement in Fatah:

Diliani stated that the Democratic Reform Bloc strongly condemns the heinous acts of racist hatred committed by extremist Jewish terrorist groups, revealing deep-rooted racism within Israeli society. With clear protection and support from the Israeli government, these acts of terrorism against Christians and Muslims in Jerusalem have reached concerning levels.

Diliani expressed disgust at Orthodox Jews who spat on Christian worshippers carrying wooden crosses outside a recently vandalized church, an act captured on video, serving as a shocking testament to the moral depths Israeli politicians have sunk to. Many of these politicians, who have been tried in Israeli courts for connections to Jewish terrorism, have ascended to the highest government positions through elections.

Diliani asserts, "The Israeli government's support for extremist nationalist terrorism, as exemplified by figures like Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich and National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, has emboldened these extremist Jewish individuals and sown an atmosphere of unchecked hatred and terrorism."

In response to the Israeli officials' appalling attempt to justify this hate crime as an "ancient Jewish tradition," Diliani declares, "This official rhetoric exposes the deep-seated racism and bigotry within Israeli society. The recent elections have only exacerbated this issue, as government members who have been tried for their support of Jewish terrorism now wield significant power."

Diliani also pointed out that the Democratic Reform Bloc unequivocally condemns the ongoing assaults on the Al-Aqsa Mosque and violations of internationally recognized agreements. These actions constitute a blatant disregard for holy sites and must not go unanswered by the global community.

It is crucial to recognize that international support for the apartheid state of Israel directly encourages these acts of hate and racism. Diliani emphasizes, "Support for Israel and its illegitimate policies is akin to endorsing human rights violations and violations of international law."

Diliani reaffirms that the Democratic Reform Bloc appeals to the international community to confront this injustice and calls for an immediate halt to racist hate crimes committed by extremist Jewish groups in the occupied Palestinian territories, particularly in Jerusalem.

On Monday, the National Committee for Partnership and Development, in cooperation with the Ministry of Works and Social Development in the Gaza Strip, began the field social research process through engineering teams to nominate beneficiaries of the “partial restoration” project for the homes of hidden families living in difficult humanitarian conditions.

The media director of the National Committee for Partnership and Development, Sherif Al-Nairab, confirmed that the project is supported and funded by the United Arab Emirates, and the beneficiaries are selected according to social and technical criteria.

Al-Nairab revealed the stages of project implementation, as follows:

- Selecting beneficiaries according to specified criteria.

- Identifying the needs of beneficiary homes by technical committees and researchers.

- Determine the value of the grant provided as determined by the work team.

- Placing an obligation on the beneficiary to implement the project in 3 stages.

Violation of implementation standards by the beneficiary family may prevent it from completing the project.

He explained that the committee based its selection of candidates to benefit from the project on research and technical committees in the governorates of the Gaza Strip, in cooperation with specialized national institutions.

The Israeli settlers roamed the streets and alleys of the old town, celebrating their Jewish holidays, while chanting racist and anti-Arab slogans, including "Death to Arabs." Additionally, Israeli forces obstructed the passage of Palestinian residents within the old town, preventing them from reaching their homes and closing several roads leading to the area.
