Dozens of Israeli settlers invaded the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound on Sunday, backed by the Israeli occupation police.

Local sources reported that "dozens of Israeli settlers entered Al-Aqsa in scattered groups, conducted provocative tours, and performed Talmudic rituals."

It is worth noting that incursions into the Al-Aqsa Mosque take place daily except for Fridays and Saturdays, during morning and evening periods, in an attempt to impose temporal and spatial division.
