👉The most prominent of what came in the statement of Dimitri Diliani, a member of the Revolutionary Council and spokesman for the reformist and democratic movement in Fatah: 

🔶 Diliani stated that the expulsion of shepherds from their fields, physical attacks on residents, midnight home invasions, arson, scaring herds, crop destruction, property theft, and roadblocks are the despicable tactics used by illegal Israeli settler-colonists who terrorize Palestinians daily. Unfortunately, the state of Israel not only tolerates this ongoing violence but actively encourages it, making it complicit in these heinous acts.

🔶Diliani further explained that over the past two years, at least six Palestinian communities have been forced to flee their homes, escaping from the continuous onslaught of illegal Israeli settler-colonial terrorism. Dozens of others teeter on the brink of forced displacement, living in constant fear and threat. This wave of terrorism systematically targeting Palestinian communities confirms Israel's malicious policy of forced displacement.

🔶Diliani pointed out that in a scathing op-ed published on Monday, 18.9.23, it was unmistakably clear that Israel pursues a strategy aimed at making the lives of Palestinian residents in targeted areas unbearable, forcing them to leave their homes and lands. This calculated policy consists،  of two intertwined elements: the first is a legal facade provided by Israeli military orders, legal advisors, and the Supreme Court, resulting in the expulsion of Palestinians from their lands. The second element is a parallel track where illegal Israeli settler-colonists employ brutal violence and terrorism against Palestinians, often with the complicity of state authorities.

🔶As Diliani confirms, members of the current Israeli government, some of whom have been convicted of past Jewish terrorist acts, not only do not condemn these attacks but actively support and endorse them. Israeli ministers shamelessly called for "erasing Hura," while members of parliament visited suspected Israeli perpetrators of Palestinian killings. The refusal of this government to condemn illegal settler-colonial terrorism is tantamount to endorsing the ongoing massacres within Palestinian communities.

🔶Diliani stated that Israel's ongoing policy of ethnic cleansing is a blatant violation of international law, clearly making Israel responsible for the war crime of forced displacement. International law categorically prohibits forced displacement of populations from occupied territories under any circumstances. The failure of uniformed soldiers to forcibly expel residents does not absolve the occupying state of responsibility. Creating a coercive environment that leaves residents with no alternative is sufficient grounds for the Israeli government's responsibility for this grave crime.

🔶Diliani emphasized that the Democratic Reform Faction in Fatah calls on the international community, governments, and human rights organizations to condemn these atrocities, hold Israel accountable for its actions, and take urgent steps to ensure the safety and well-being of Palestinian communities in the West Bank. The world must not stand idly by as this despicable campaign of ethnic cleansing continues unchecked.
